Luckily we went through the realestate for a bond clean because it was atrocious. Not only was the cleaners late, they left a cigarette butt on the driveway, didn’t clean walls, flooded the carpet in the ensuite where the bathroom starts, didn’t clean fans, it looks like they gernied outside because they left water droplets on the front door trim, didn’t clean the trim of the house and left the garage looking dirty after paying extra for all, also looks like they didn’t even do carpets cleans after we paid extra for that too. Don’t go through this company, let’s hope our realestate can rectify the issue as they have a viewing on Thursday. Not happy.

If I could give 0 stars, I would . After the cleaners not only showing up two hours late, I also came back to the property to find the cleaners blaring the Aircon without my permission with all the doors wide open.

After inspecting the property and receiving my exit report back, I asked the company to come back within 24 hours as per their policy to come clean the areas they missed. They’ve been advised they couldn’t send somebody out in 24 hours therefore I had to go back to the property to clean it myself after paying nearly $500. After multiple horrific phone calls with Jhon he said that he could maybe arrange a partial refund. I have followed up five times in regard to the partial refund and never heard anything back. It’s one thing to not clean the property properly but then to also utilise my Aircon.

Do not use this company plenty of other better companies out there who aren’t scammers.

They did not clean the oven or wipe down the dishwasher, wipe off dust on parts of wall, did not respond when I emailed the condition report. Said they cleaned the carpet but the agent doubted that as what the said were stains that could not be removed were actually indentations from furniture lifted with a professional clean. Do not recommend. Definitely no WOW factor here!
